Simply head west on Route 9 for about 9 miles if you are coming from Chestnut Hill, or for about 13 miles if you are coming from Brookline! You will then have to exit Route 9 in order to get right back onto it, except heading east now. When you get back onto Route 9, MetroWest Subaru will be on your right in about half of a mile!
