We're continuing our "Monday 10-Minute Meal" recipe share this week, with our Digital Marketing Specialists go-to appetizer - antipasto kabobs!  

 

    To make 30 of these, all you need is:

    • 1 can Medium or Large pitted Black Olives
    • 2-3 containers of marinated mozzarella balls
    • 30 Slices of Pepperoni or Salami
    • 30 slices of pepperoncinis (I bought one jar)
    • 30 Grape tomatoes
    • Olive Oil
    • Ground black pepper
    • 30 Small Skewers

    Lay everything out in an assembly line style, and take the skewer down the line. Start with mozzarella balls, then add a folded pepperoni slice (to better fit on the skewer), a tomato, black olive and a slice of pepperoncini, then place on a sampling plate. After completing the others, drizzle olive oil on top, and add some ground black pepper flakes.
