New Features for the 2021 Subaru Ascent

The upcoming Ascent has an updated version of Subaru EyeSight® Driver Assist technology that comes standard across all trim levels. In addition to features like Pre-Collision Braking and Sway Warning, the Advanced Adaptive Cruise Control (AACC) feature now comes with Lane Centering. Lane Centering works with AACC keeps the Ascent centered in the lane by reading lane markings.

The base and the Premium trim levels now come with standard Steering Responsive LED headlights, which provide extra visibility by turning in the direction that the Ascent is traveling in. Standard Second- and Third-Row Seat Belt Reminder detects the presence of a passenger in the rear seats and will give visual and audible alerts if their seat belt is not fastened.
