This was the easiest car-buying experience ever. Andy from sales listened to what I wanted, treated me with respect the whole time, was personable and fun to be around, and made sure everything went smoothly by following up on all the details for me so I didn't have to be bothered. He really went above and beyond. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with my car and with the service , and when this car goes to the big Subaru dealer in the sky, I'll be back for another.

My son brought his Legacy to Jiffy Lube for a oil change. The drain plug fell out and he lost all his oil. We had it towed to MetroWest and dealt with Chris in the service department. He was great to deal with. He turned a stressful situation into a pleasant experience. He was in contact with me numerous times.
